Making the weight.

Things are going well. my weight has dropped form 15 stone 2lbs at the start of the year down around 14 stone 5 lbs today. Ive been dieting hard and have been trying to consume no more than around 1500 calories a day which isn`t that easy. Todays intake consisted of a tuna sandwich, a slice of ryvita with gloucester cheese and a small bowl of porridge.
I do allow myself to play my joker on sundays which meant I was a able to have a burger and chipos in Weatherspoons yesterday, a mere 1200 calories.
One thing I have notices on my past couple of runs is that they do seem to be getting slightly easier which is possibly down to my smaller frame.
I also managed to run a mile after work, better than nothing I suppose.

I'm working towards that smaller frame for betting running performance too!

Nice work! Seems that every second post is another run, your doing great 'mr bean'! - At this rate we'll be watching you at the 2012 olympics!

Great news about your weight as well, well done for sticking to a diet It's not an easy thing to do but I think it's good you have your joker day! Have a good weekend!
